Nick assisted me in buying my first house, he was very encouraging especially when looking through some fixer uppers, one of which I ended up buying. He has quite a bit of hustle with negotiating and dealing with other older agents who seemed very slow paced in making a deal happen. He's a younger guy so he was easy for me to connect with and had lots of energy. He even found a crafty way of getting into a house that was left locked by another agent who knew we were going over for a final walk through before the closing. That is the house I ended up buying.
